Canapes with Salmon Tatar

The topping for canapes with salmon tartare can be prepared very well and kept in the refrigerator. Canapes with salmon tartare are topped shortly before serving so that the baguette tastes crispy. For the tatar, cut salmon, shallots and tomatoes into very small cubes. Mix with oil and lemon juice and season with pepper. Finely chop the dill and mix it with the salmon tartare. Cut the baguette into slices for the canapes. Cover canapes with salad. Arrange salmon tartar on the canapes.
