Cassler with tomato sauce

Cassler with tomato sauce

Kassler with tomato sauce tastes very good with rice. Pour the water into a saucepan and bring to the boil. Switch temperature to lowest level. Add the kassler and leave to stand for 20 minutes. Cut the onion into strips. Finely dice the garlic. For the tomato sauce, chop 1/4 of the onion strips finely and sauté with garlic in 1 tablespoon of oil. Add tomatoes with juice and chop. Heat tomato sauce and season with pepper, salt and chilli. Cut the peppers into rings. Remove cores. Steam paprika and remaining onions in 1 tablespoon oil until soft. Season with salt and pepper. Finely chop the parsley. Sprinkle half of it in the sauce. Drain the cassler and cut into slices. Serve the pork loin with tomato sauce and paprika vegetables. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon parsley over the vegetables.
