Chicken Cheese Sandwich

For chicken cheese sandwich the chicken breast fillet in oil from both sides briefly fry vigorously. Switch temperature to medium level. Fry for 15 minutes, turning occasionally. Season with salt and pepper. Chicken Cheese Sandwich tastes especially good with fresh white bread. Cut the bread into four thicker slices. For the filling of the chicken cheese sandwich cut onions into rings. Mix with gorgonzola, grated parmesan and chopped parsley. Preheat sandwich toaster and brush with butter. Cut the chicken into strips. Spread the Chicken Cheese filling on two slices of bread. Cover with bread and bake in a sandwich toaster.
