Farmers Shashlik

Bauern Schaschlik is served in a spicy sauce with fried potatoes. Pell potatoes boil. For the farmer shashlik chicken breast and pork fillet in cubes cut. Cut 50 g bacon for the farmer shashlik into larger pieces. Quarter 1 onion and divide into layers. Put meat, bacon and onions alternately on skewers. For the marinade mix 2 tbsp ketchup and 1 tbsp oil. Season with pepper, salt and paprika powder. Brush the shashlik into the farmer's brush and put aside. For the sauce dice 1/2 onion and fry with 10 g bacon in 1 teaspoon oil. Add the broth. Stir in 1 tablespoon ketchup and tomato puree. Season with pepper, salt and curry powder. Mix the starch with a little cold water and thicken the sauce with it. Fry the shashlik in 1 tbsp oil and keep warm in the sauce. Dice 1 onion and 10 g bacon. Fry the potatoes, bacon and onions in the remaining oil. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with finely chopped parsley.
