Apple Figs Oat Flakes Cake

Apple figs oat flakes cake is a fat free simple stirring cake. Preheat baking oven to 180° C. Mix flour, oat flakes, almonds, baking powder and cinnamon. Stir in apple compote, milk and egg yolk. Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff and fold loosely into the dough. Cut the figs into small cubes and mix into the dough. Fill into a non-stick coated 25 cm long box form. Apple figs oat flakes cake on the middle rail bake for 60 minutes. Take out of the oven, loosen all around and turn the apple figs oat flakes cake to cool on a grid grid grate.
