Zucchini Flame Cake

Zucchini Flame Cake

For zucchini flame cake flour with salt mix. Dissolve fresh yeast in lukewarm water and knead in 1 tablespoon of oil. Cover the dough and leave to rise for 30 minutes in a warm place. Cut the yellow and green courgettes into thin slices and mix with 1 tablespoon of oil. Season with pepper, salt, herbs and pressed garlic. Let the zucchini infuse for 15 minutes. Preheat baking oven to 250° C. Pour the courgettes into a pan and fry for a few minutes while turning until soft. Divide the dough into three pieces and roll out three thin flame cakes on a lightly floured work surface. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Place the Flamm cake on top with a little distance and spread with sour cream. Spread the zucchini on the flame cake and crumble the sheep cheese over it. Pre-bake the tray on the lower rail for 10 minutes. Then brown the flame cakes on the middle rail for 5 minutes.
