Back fish with Labskaus

Back fish with Labskaus

For baking fish with Labskaus first boil salt potatoes. Drain the potatoes. Add milk and broth and crush with the potato masher to pulp. Cut the corned beef into small pieces and mix in. Finely dice the beetroot and mix into the Labskaus. Dice the onion, sauté in oil, mix with the Labskaus and season with salt and pepper. Preheat the deep fryer to 180° C for baking the fish. For the dough from baking fish flour with milk smooth stir. Separate eggs. Stir the egg yolk into the dough and season with salt. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold into the dough. Rinse salmon fillet, dry with kitchen paper and season with pepper and salt. Pull the fish through the baking dough and fry for 5 minutes in portions. Back fish with Labskaus arrange. Serve with beetroot and cucumber spices.
