|1 tsp||Tomatoes pulp|
|0,5 tsp||Pickled capers|
Cafe de Paris Butter is served classically with steak, but also tastes good as a bread spread with fresh baguette. For Cafe de Paris butter fill soft butter, tomato pulp and cognac into a mixing cup. Coarsely dice the shallots and add to the mixture. Add drained capers and anchovies. Mash creamy. Season Cafe de Paris butter with paprika powder, curry and tarragon. Fill into a piping bag with large star spout. Spray Cafe de Paris butter as rosettes onto a plate. Allow to set in the refrigerator until serving.
