Curry Sausage with Mango Curry Sauce

2 Curry sausage
150 g Mango
3 tbsp Curry Ketchup
1 tbsp Soy sauce
1 tsp White Balsamic Vinegar
0,5 tbsp Curry
Tabasco sauce
2 tsp Maize Germ Oil

Curry sausage with mango curry sauce tastes fruity hot. Cut the curry sausage into slices. For the sauce, peel mango. Cut off the flesh of the fruit from the kernel. Pour mango into a blender jug. Add ketchupf, soy sauce and vinegar and puree. Season mango sauce with curry powder and a few drops of Tabasco. Heat the oil in a pan. Fry curry sausage and serve with mango sauce. Sprinkle some curry powder over the sausage as desired.
