Baked Butternut Pumpkin

Baked Butternut Pumpkin can be easily prepared as a side dish in the pan. Butternut peel the pumpkin. Cut lengthwise into 1cm thick slices. Remove cores and fibres. Heat oil in a pan. Add thyme. Baked butternut pumpkin is lightly browned in the pan for 15 minutes, turning occasionally. Reduce temperature gradually. Baked Butternut Pumpkin is seasoned with pepper, salt and chili powder just before serving.
