Curry Mie Noodle Soup

For Curry Mie noodle soup peel onions, garlic and ginger and cut into fine cubes. Heat oil in a saucepan. Brown the chicken strips vigorously. Add onions, garlic, ginger and Chop Suey and fry lightly. Stir in red curry paste. Curry Mie noodle soup with coconut milk and broth fill up and boil briefly. Season soup with curry powder, turmeric, salt and fish sauce. Let Mie noodle soup simmer at medium temperature for 10 minutes. Put Mie noodles in boiling salt water. Cook for 10 minutes, drain and drain. Mix Mie noodles with the curry soup and serve.
