Glazed pork fillet

Glazed pork fillet
Quantity Ingredient
300 g Pork fillet
2 tbsp Maple Syrup
1 tbsp Soy sauce
1 tsp Mustard
Pepper from the mill
1 tbsp Maize Germ Oil

Glazed pork fillet is easy to prepare. Preheat oven to 175°. Remove silver skin and fat from meat. For the glaze, mix maple syrup, soy sauce and mustard and season with pepper. Turn the fillet of pork in the icing and drain. Store glaze. Heat the oil in a pan. Briefly fry the glazed pork fillet all around and place it on an oiled baking tray. Bake on the middle rack for 20 minutes. Glaze the fillet with the rest of the glaze every now and then. Let the fillet of pork glazed before cutting rest for a few minutes so that the roast juice does not run out and the meat remains juicy.
