Chili con Carne Potato Salad

For Chili con Carne Potato Salad first boil Pell potatoes, let cool, peel and chop. Pour the potatoes into a salad bowl. Drain mustard cucumber, dice and add to potato salad. Mix 1 tablespoon oil and vinegar, season with pepper and salt and mix with the potato salad. Remove the seeds from the chilli pod and dice. Cut onions and garlic into fine cubes. For the chilli con carne, heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan. Brown the minced meat vigorously. Add the chilli, onions and garlic and fry lightly. Stir in the tomato purée. Season the chilli con carne with pepper, salt, oregano and a few drops of Tabasco. Mix the chilli con carne with the potato salad. Rinse kidney beans and corn, drain well and mix in.
