Almond smacking with cranberries

Almond smack with cranberries is sprinkled with roasted almonds. Mix the flour with a pinch of salt and 50 g sugar. Stir in the milk. Season with a few drops of almond oil. Separate eggs. Stir the egg yolk into the dough. Beat the egg whites until stiff. Lift loosely under the dough. Melt 10 g butter in a pan. Pour the dough into the pan. Leave to stand at medium temperature for 5 minutes. Slide the trash onto a plate. Melt 10 g butter and 10 g sugar in a pan. Put it in the pan upside down. Sear briefly. Tear the slash into pieces and spread on plates. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and roasted almonds. Serve with cranberry jelly.
