Zucchini Pizza Fingerfood

Zucchini Pizza Fingerfood is very easy to prepare and needs only 6 minutes to be placed in the oven before serving. Zucchini for pizza Fingerfood in 0.5 cm thick slices cut. Sprinkle with salt and leave to stand for 15 minutes. Dab the water. For the pizza sauce, finely dice the shallots and garlic. Sauté in 1 teaspoon oil, pour into a bowl and mix with tomatoes, purée and water. Season with pepper, salt and oregano. Heat the remaining oil in a pan and fry the courgettes occasionally turning until they start to brown. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Put the zucchini on it. Spread tomato sauce on top. Sprinkle with coarsely grated Parmesan cheese. Cut the tomatoes into slices and place on the finger food. Preheat baking oven to 200° C. Bake pizza finger food on the middle shelf for 6 minutes.
