Bosnian flat bread

500 g Wheat Flour Type 405
1 packet Dry yeast
2 tsp Salt
0,15 l Milk
0,15 l Water
150 g Yogurt
2 tsp Black Caraway

For Bosnian flat bread mix flour, yeast and salt. Knead in milk, water and yoghurt until a sticky dough is formed. Sprinkle the dough with flour and let it rise for 2 hours covered in a warm place. Tip the dough onto a floured work surface and divide into 8 pieces. Press each dough piece slightly flat. Place the four corners towards the middle. Place the dough with the folded side down and form loosely into a ball, but do not knead. Press the ball flat and form a round Bosnian flat bread with your fingers. Dust a dough scraper with flour and press in a grid pattern. Place the Bosnian flat bread on two trays covered with baking paper. Preheat baking oven to 250° C. Sprinkle Bosnian flat bread with water and sprinkle with black cumin. Bake each tray for 15 minutes one after the other.
