Apple pumpkin jam
Quantity Ingredient
100 g Apple
100 g Hokkaido Pumpkin
0,1 l Apple juice
100 g Gelier sugar 2:1
2 tbsp Lime juice

For apple pumpkin jam peel a large apple and a piece of pumpkin, seed and dice. Weigh 100 g each of apple and pumpkin and fill into a pot. Add the apple juice and cover with a lid. Bring the jam to the boil briefly and simmer at medium temperature for 10 minutes. Puree the jam. Stir in the gelling sugar and lime juice and cook for 3 minutes until bubbly. Apple pumpkin jam still hot fill into a boiled jam jar and close.
