Wok beef meat Szechuan style tastes very hot and is prepared with a sweet sour sauce. Cut the steak into strips, mix with 1 tablespoon soy sauce and marinate for a few minutes. Peel the carrots and cut them into wider strips. Cut the broccoli into small florets. Cut the peppers and onions into strips. Cut the garlic into thin slices. Peel and finely chop the ginger. Cut the chilli into rings. Remove the sharp white seeds if necessary. For beef, heat Szechuan style meat in wok oil. Brown the beef and take it out of the wok again. Gradually add the vegetables to the wok. Fry briefly while stirring. Beef meat Szechuan style again add. Stir in vinegar, 2 tbsp soy sauce and chilli sauce. Add the broth. Stir starch flour with a little cold water until smooth. Wok beef meat Szechuan style bind with it. Season with salt and pepper.
