Bacon Omelette

Bacon Omelette
Quantity Ingredient
100 g Streaky bacon
40 g Leek Onions
2 tsp Maize Germ Oil
6 Eggs
6 tbsp Cream
Pepper & Salt

Prepare bacon omelette best in two frying pans. First cut the bacon into thin slices and fry until crispy without adding any fat. Remove the bacon from the pan and drain the paper on the kitchen paper. Cut the leek into onions into rings. Add oil to the frying fat and fry the leek onions in it. For the omelette whisk the eggs with the cream. Season with salt and pepper. Pour the eggs over the leek onions and push together several times with the spatula towards the middle. As soon as the omelette begins to falter, set the temperature to medium. Put on a lid and let the bacon omelette set for 3 minutes. Place the bacon on one side of the omelette and fold the other half over it.
