Artichokes Goulash
Quantity Ingredient
80 g Wild rice
2 tsp Sauces Binder
10 g Dried Paprika
500 g Beef goulash
1 tbsp Maize Germ Oil
2 Onions
Pepper & Salt
0,15 l Red wine
1 Bay leaves
Herbs of Provence
0,15 l Water
240 g Artichoke Hearts

For artichokes goulash first blanch paprika with boiling water. Leave to swell for 10 minutes. Drain the water. Heat oil in a stew pot. Brown the goulash in portions. Cut onions and peppers into thin strips. Dice the garlic. Add onions, paprika and garlic to the goulash and braise. Deglaze with wine. Season with pepper, salt, herbs and bay leaves. Put a lid on it. 90 minutes gently stew. Drain the artichokes and cut in half. 30 minutes before the end of cooking, add the artichokes. Extend sauce with water. Lightly thicken with dark sauces Binder. Boil the rice. Serve artichokes goulash with rice.
