Artichokes Mozzarella Antipasti

1 tbsp Smooth parsley
240 g Artichoke Hearts
10 g Grana Padano cheese
120 g Buffalo Mozzarella
Pepper from the mill
2 tbsp Olive Oil
Garlic
Salt

Artichokes Mozzarella Antipasti is quick and easy to prepare. Preheat the oven to 250° C. Artichoke hearts in a casserole form. Press the leaves a little apart. Cut the mozzarella into slices and place in the artichokes. Grate Grana Padano finely and sprinkle over it. Mix oil with pepper, salt, finely chopped garlic and finely chopped parsley. Spread antipasti over the artichokes Mozzarella. Slide the casserole dish onto the middle rail and into the oven. Bake the antipasti for 10 minutes until the mozzarella runs out. The antipasti tastes particularly good warm from the oven.
