Avocado Tzatziki Fondue Sauce
Quantity Ingredient
1 Avocado
2 tsp Lemon juice
200 g Sheep Yoghurt
Pepper & Salt
1 tbsp Dill
1 tsp Avocado Oil

Avocado Tzatziki Fondue Sauce tastes especially creamy. Cut the avocado in half, remove the core and peel off the skin. Pour the avocado into a blender jug. Add lemon juice and yoghurt and puree until creamy. Season the Tzatziki Fondue Sauce with pressed garlic, pepper and salt. Finely chop the dill and mix in. Mix Tzatziki Fondue Sauce with Avocado Oil.
