Spinach casserole with fried egg

400 g Potatoes
1 Onions
1 tbsp Olive Oil
300 g Spinach
100 g Cream Fraiche
0,5 tsp Instant broth
30 g Fresh Parmesan cheese
30 g Ham dice
4 Eggs

For spinach casserole with fried egg Pell cook potatoes, peel and chop. Preheat baking oven to 180° C. Cut onions and garlic into cubes, place in a pan and sauté in oil. Add the spinach, cover with a lid and cook at medium heat for 10 minutes. Stir in cream fraiche and season with broth. Mix the potatoes with the spinach and pour into a casserole dish. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and ham over the casserole. For the fried egg, press four depressions into the oven dish. Beat the eggs and place them in the wells. Bake spinach casserole with fried egg on the middle shelf for 25 minutes.
