Oven meatballs

Oven meatballs are prepared without fat, but still taste juicy. Preheat the oven to 200° C. Line a baking tray with baking paper. For the meatballs, knead the minced beef, egg, ketchup, mustard and breadcrumbs. Finely chop the onions and add. Season with pepper, salt and paprika powder. Chop flat-leaf parsley and mix in. Form 6 meatballs with moistened hands. Flatten slightly. Place on baking tray. Bake oven meatballs on middle rack for 45 minutes. Oven meatballs can be served warm or cold.
