Pork fillet in gorgonzola sauce

Pork fillet in gorgonzola sauce served with green beans. Clean the beans, put them in a pot and cover lightly with water. Bring to the boil briefly, simmer at medium temperature for 15 minutes and pour into a sieve. Dice the onion. Heat 1 tsp oil in a pot, sauté onions, add beans and season with pepper and salt. Keep warm at low temperature. Heat 2 tsp oil in a frying pan. Brown the pork tenderloin well all around. Set the temperature to medium. Fry the pork fillet occasionally turning for 10 minutes. For the gorgonzola sauce, heat 1 teaspoon of oil in a saucepan. Brown the rest of the onions. Dust with flour, sauté briefly and deglaze with cream. Add the stock and melt the gorgonzola in the sauce. Season with salt and pepper. Finely chop the parsley. Sprinkle half over the beans. Sprinkle the rest of the parsley into the Gorgonzola sauce. Cut the pork tenderloin into slices. Stir the roast juice into the Gorgonzola sauce.
