Mini pancake with salmon

120 g Wheat Flour Type 405
1 tsp Back Powder
0,2 l Milk
1 Eggs
250 g Fresh cheese
10 g Butter
2 tbsp Maize Germ Oil
2 tsp Cream horseradish
300 g Graved Salmon
1 tbsp Lemon peel
1 tbsp Dill

Mini pancakes with salmon are easy to prepare, look decorative and taste good. For the mini pancakes mix flour with baking powder and a pinch of salt and stir with milk until smooth. Stir the egg and 30 g fresh cheese into the dough. Melt the butter and stir in. Heat oil in a pan in portions, bake mini pancakes and let cool. Mix the rest of the fresh cheese with the horseradish and spread on the mini pancake. Cut the salmon slices in half and fold them loosely. Arrange the salmon on the fresh cheese. Peel lemon peel with a zestenrei├čer in strips. Decorate salmon with lemon peel and dill.
