Goulash Noodle Casserole

For the goulash noodle casserole cut onions and garlic into cubes. Brown beef goulash in oil. Add onions and garlic and braise lightly. Deglaze with wine. Stir the tomato purée into the goulash and add the tomatoes. Season with pepper, salt and herbs. Cover with a lid and stew the goulash at medium temperature for 90 minutes. Cook the pasta for 8 minutes. Drain and drain pasta in a sieve. Preheat the oven to 200° C for the casserole. Mix the noodles with the goulash and fill into the casserole dish. Rub Gouda and sprinkle over the pasta casserole. Bake the casserole on the middle rack for 15 minutes.
