60 g Baguette
40 g Cooked ham
4 Pineapple slices
1 tsp White Rum
100 g Fresh cheese
Pepper & Salt
6 Curry
6 Cocktail Cherries

For Canapes Hawaii, cut the baguette into slices and arrange thin slices of boiled ham on top. Place half a slice of pineapple on each Canapes Hawaii. Chop the rest of the pineapple very finely and drain well. Flavour fresh cheese with rum and mix in pineapple. Season with pepper, salt and curry. Fill the cream into a piping bag with star nozzle and decorate the Canapes Hawaii with it. Cherries on it.
