Avocado Aioli is a simple fondue sauce. The longer the garlic is left to steep, the more intense the garlic flavour becomes. Peel and chop the avocado and puree with lemon juice until creamy. Peel garlic, dice coarsely, add to the aioli with basil and puree again. Season avocado aioli with pepper, salt and chilli.
