Macaroni with salmon in cream sauce

150 g Macaroni Noodles
100 g Smoked Salmon
20 g Butter
1 tsp Lemon juice
5 tbsp Cream
3 tbsp Whisky
Pepper from the mill

Macaroni with salmon in cream sauce are flavoured with whisky, which gives the dish a special aroma. Cook the macaroni. Cut the smoked salmon into small cubes. In a saucepan let out butter. Add the salmon, sprinkle with lemon juice and sauté for a few minutes. Deglaze with cream and flavour the sauce with whisky. Season salmon in cream sauce with pepper and salt and simmer for a few minutes. Pour the macaroni into a sieve and drain. Mix macaroni with salmon in cream sauce.
