Gyros Potato Casserole

For Gyros potato casserole Pell potatoes boil. Cut the cabbage into strips. Finely dice the onions and garlic. Preheat baking oven to 200° C. Heat the oil in a pan. Brown the gyros thoroughly. Add cabbage, onions and garlic to the gyros and sauté for 10 minutes. Season with pepper, salt and thyme. Drain potatoes, rinse with cold water, peel and slice. Mix Tzatziki with cream and tomato pulp. Put some feta aside to sprinkle the gyros potato casserole. Mix the rest of the feta with the Tzatziki. Grease a casserole dish. Mix the potatoes, cabbage and tzatziki, pour into the casserole dish and sprinkle with feta. Gyros potato casserole on the middle rail 15 minutes gratinated.
