Camembert Raclette

200 g Pears
80 g Country Ham
160 g Camembert cheese
30 g Walnut kernels
1 tbsp Parsley

For Camembert Raclette, cut pears into slices and place in a raclette pan. Cut the ham into thin slices and place on top. Place two slices each of Camembert on top and sprinkle with finely chopped walnut seeds. Melt Camembert under the raclette grill for 2 to 3 minutes. Pluck the parsley and sprinkle over the Camembert Raclette.
