Chicken sweet sour

Chicken sweet and sour can be prepared quickly and easily. Pour rice into a pot. Cover lightly with water. Season with a pinch of salt. Put the lid on. Bring to the boil briefly. Leave to swell for 15 minutes at low heat. Cut paprika and onions into strips. Cut garlic into fine slices. Cut the chicken breast fillet into thin strips. Heat oil in a frying pan. Brown the chicken well. Season with salt and pepper. Add paprika, onions and garlic. Fry for 5 minutes. Add Chop Suey. Pour on broth. Bring to the boil briefly. Season sauce sweet and sour with ketchup and vinegar. Mix starch with a little cold water. Bind the sauce sweet and sour easily with it. Reduce temperature. Peel, dice and add the mango. Simmer chicken sweet and sour for 5 minutes. Serve with rice.
