Noodle Salad with Calamares

Noodle salad with calamari tastes particularly aromatic when it lasts longer. Cook the noodles. For the calamari inks, fry the fish rings in 1 tablespoon of oil. Cut the shallots into slices and chop the garlic finely. Add the shallots and garlic to the calamari and sauté lightly. Season with pepper and salt and pour into a salad bowl. Cut the tomatoes in half and mix in. Drain the pasta, rinse with cold water and add to the salad. For the marinade mix 2 tbsp. oil with vinegar, season with pepper, salt and small plucked basil and mix with the noodle salad with calamari.
