Fried spaetzle with ham

150 g Spätzle Noodles
Pepper & Salt
1 Onions
1 tbsp Olive Oil
120 g Ham dice
2 Eggs
2 tbsp Milk
Dried marjoram
50 g Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp Parsley

Fried spaetzle with ham is a simple pan dish that can be prepared quickly. Put spaetzle noodles in boiling salt water. Reduce temperature. Drain after 15 minutes, rinse with cold water and drain. Dice onion. Fry in olive oil. Add the spaetzle. Fry well. Reduce temperature. Add diced ham. Whisk eggs, milk and 25 g Parmesan cheese. Season with pepper, salt and dried marjoram. Mix the fried spaetzle and ham with the egg mixture. Leave to set. Chop parsley finely. Sprinkle fried spaetzle and ham with 25 g parmesan and parsley.
