Curry rice with minced meat

250 g Leeks
2 tbsp Rapeseed Oil
250 g Pork minced meat
Garlic
0,125 l White Wine
0,25 l Milk
0,2 l Water
1 tsp Instant broth
Pepper & Salt
Curry
Turmeric Powder
3 tsp Food starch
3 tbsp Cream

Curry rice with minced meat is prepared with a creamy curry sauce. Cook the rice. Clean the leeks. Cut into rings. Heat oil in a pan. Fry minced meat well. Add leek. Steam until soft. Press garlic through garlic press and add. Deglaze minced meat with wine. Add milk and water. Season with broth, pepper, salt, curry powder and turmeric. Mix starch with cream. Bind curry sauce with it. Mix rice with curry sauce and minced meat.
