Aubergines Chili con Carne
Quantity Ingredient
150 g Soups Vegetables
20 g Dried eggplant
1 Onions
1 tbsp Olive Oil
0,5 Chilli pod
0,125 l Red wine
400 g Beef minced meat
1 cans Tomato cubes
0,125 l Beef Meat Broth
Pepper & Salt
2 tbsp Tomato puree

For eggplants, place chilli con carne eggplants in a bowl, pour over boiling water and leave to soak for 10 minutes. Soups Cut vegetables, onions, garlic and chilli into small cubes. Drain and chop the aubergines. For the Chili con Carne oil in a pot heat up and fry minced meat vigorously. Add the vegetables and fry lightly. Deglaze with wine and pour on broth. Stir in tomato cubes and tomato pulp. Season aubergines chilli con carne with pepper, salt and oregano and simmer for 15 minutes.
