Back fish in strudel dough

Back fish in strudel dough
Quantity Ingredient
400 g Saithe Filet
Pepper & Salt
1 tbsp Smooth parsley
1 tbsp Dried Thyme
120 g Strudel dough
1 Egg yolk
1 tsp Water
120 g Aioli Cream

For baking fish in the strudel dough preheat the oven to 200° and line a baking tray with baking paper. Remove any remaining bones from the saithe fillet. Cut coalfish fillet into 8 pieces and season with salt & pepper. Finely chop smooth parsley and thyme and sprinkle over the baked fish. Strudel dough into suitable strips cut and the fish in it wrap. Place the fish in the strudel dough on the baking tray. Whisk the egg yolk with water and brush into the strudel of dough. Push the plate into the oven on the middle rail. Bake fish in strudel dough for 20 minutes and serve with aioli cream.
