Canapes with smoked fillet

Canapes with smoked fillet taste particularly hearty on onion baguette. For the canapes, cut the onion baguette into slightly thicker slices and cover with Coleslaw salad. Cut the smoked pork fillet into thin slices and arrange on the canapes. Drain the peppers from the tomatoes and place them between the slices of smoked pork fillet.
