Avocado egg stirrer with salmon

50 g Avocado
Pepper & Salt
1 tbsp Avocado Oil
50 g Smoked Salmon
4 Eggs
120 g Tomatoes Ciabatta bread

For avocado stirring egg with salmon halve a piece of tomato Ciabatta bread and fry lightly as desired. Whisk eggs with pepper & salt. Cut the smoked avocado and salmon into small cubes and mix into the egg mixture. Heat the avocado oil in a frying pan, add the egg and allow to set at a low temperature, stirring occasionally. Arrange avocado egg with salmon on bread halves and decorate with avocado slices and salmon strips as desired.
