Quiche with curd oil dough

125 g Lean curd cheese
5 tbsp Oil
4 tbsp Milk
2 Eggs
Salt
250 g Wheat Flour Type 405
0,5 packet Back Powder
200 g Vegetables Onion
200 g Leeks
Pepper from the mill
0,1 l Cream
1 Egg Yellow
40 g Bacon Stripes

For quiche with quark oil dough first mix low-fat quark, 4 tablespoons each oil and milk. Stir one egg into the quark. Season with a pinch of salt. Mix wheat flour type 405 and baking powder and knead by hand. Place the quark oil dough on a lightly floured work surface. Sprinkle a little flour over it. Roll out thinly. Grease a 22 quiche tin. Put the quark oil dough into the form. Cut off the overhanging dough. Put the quiche in the fridge. Preheat oven to 225° C. Cut vegetables onion and leek into fine rings. Sauté in 1 tablespoon oil until soft. Season with ground pepper and salt. Whisk cream, 1 whole egg, 1 yellow egg, pepper and salt. Spread onions and leeks on the dough. Pour cream over the quiche. Cut bacon into pieces. Spread over the top. Bake the quiche on the middle shelf for 25 minutes.
