Belgian waffles with strawberries

Belgian waffles with strawberries
Quantity Ingredient
40 g Butter
250 g Wheat Flour Type 405
60 g Sugar
20 g Yeast
0,3 l Milk
2 Eggs
750 g Strawberries
300 g Cream
2 cl Vanilla syrup
300 g Vanilla Ice Cream

For Belgian waffles with strawberries first melt butter. Allow to cool slightly. Mix flour with sugar. Dissolve fresh yeast in lukewarm milk. Stir into the flour. Cover and leave to rise for 10 minutes. Separate eggs. Stir the egg yolk and butter into the dough. Let it go for 20 minutes. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold in. Lightly grease the waffle iron before each baking cycle. Bake Belgian waffles at the highest level. Put it on a cake rack. Finished Belgian waffles can also be kept warm in the baking oven at 50° C. Strawberries clean and halve. Ripe strawberries do not need extra sweetening. Whip the cream until stiff. Flavour with vanilla syrup. Crush the vanilla ice cream with a fork. Fold in the cream loosely. Garnish Belgian waffles with vanilla ice cream and strawberries.
