Turkey strips with prawns

Turkey strips with shrimps are best prepared in a wok. First boil Basmati rice. Meanwhile, sauté the turkeys in the soya bean oil. Add sugar peas, peppers cut into strips, yellow peppers and leek cut into pieces, add onions and fry briefly while stirring. Cut the garlic into very fine slices and add the bamboo sprouts. Season turkey strips with lime juice, pepper and salt. Add the shrimps and heat only very briefly to keep the shrimps juicy. Before serving, mix the turkey strips with the prawns with the sweet chilli sauce and serve with the Basmati rice.
