Bismarck Herring Baguette

Bismarck Herring Baguette

160 g Baguette
1 tbsp Tartar sauce
30 g Lollo bionda Salad
280 g Bismarck Herring
0,5 Onions

Bismarck Hering Baguette tastes particularly good with crispy fresh baguette from the bakery. Cut the baguette into pieces about 15 cm long and cut open. Coat the lower halves with remoulade and cover each with a leaf of Lollo bionda salad. Drain the Bismarck herring very well and arrange it decoratively on the salad. Cut onions into rings and spread over the Bismarck herring. Place the top half of the baguette on the Bismarck herring, press lightly and serve as fresh as possible.
