Beluga Lentils Tuna Salad

Beluga lentils tuna salad tastes very good with fresh baguette. Cover the Beluga lentils with water, bring to the boil and cook at medium temperature for 20 minutes. Do not add salt to soften the Beluga lentils. Pour the Beluga lentils into a sieve and rinse with cold water. For the vinaigrette mix olive oil with dark balsamic vinegar and season with ground pepper, salt, finely chopped garlic and shallots onion. Drain the tuna naturally, cut into pieces and fold under the vinaigrette with the Beluga lentils. Drain the tomatoes, peppers in strips from the glass and add to the tuna salad. Clean the rocket salad and add to the tuna salad shortly before serving. Plane Grana Padano into fine slices and sprinkle over the tuna salad.
