Raclette Hot Dog
Quantity Ingredient
180 g Baguette
2 tbsp Tartar sauce
2 tsp Mustard
90 g Raclette cheese
150 g Cooked ham
20 g Leek Onions
2 tbsp Ketchup

Preheat the oven to 200° C for Raclette Hot Dog. Cut fresh baguette to the desired length and cut half open so that the upper halves and the lower halves hold together like a hot dog. Spread the remoulade and mustard on the lower halves of the hot dog. Halve long slices of raclette cheese lengthwise. Place one half on the lower halves of the hot dog. Fold the ham in the middle, roll it up like a sausage and place it on the raclette cheese. Wash and add the onions. Place the rest of the raclette on top and spread the ketchup over it. Squeeze the raclette hot dog lightly and bake on the 2nd rail from the top for 8 to 10 minutes.
