Kassler cutlet

Kassler cutlet is served in a simple onion sauce. Dice the onions. Dry Kassler cutlet with kitchen paper. Turn in wheat flour type 405 and tap off. Heat rapeseed oil in a pan. Fry the Kassler cutlet briefly on both sides. Switch to medium temperature. Add onions and brown lightly. Gradually add hot water. Let simmer until the sauce thickens slightly. Then add more water until the desired amount is reached. Kassler cutlet adds more salt to the sauce. Season the sauce with white pepper and paprika powder.
