Cassler cutlet

Kassler cutlet is served in a simple onion sauce. Dice the onions. Dry Kassler cutlet with kitchen paper, turn in flour and knock off. Heat the oil in a pan. Fry the pork loin briefly from both sides. Switch to medium temperature. Add the onions and brown lightly. Gradually add hot water and simmer until the sauce thickens slightly. Then add more water until the desired amount is reached. Kassler Kotelett adds salt to the sauce. Season the sauce with pepper and paprika powder shortly before serving.
