Amaretti biscuits with plum

1 Albumen
75 g Sugar
Ground cinnamon
150 g Ground almonds
50 g Dried plums

For Amaretti biscuits with plum egg whites beat until stiff. Gradually add sugar and a pinch of cinnamon. Stir in the grated almonds until the dough is very firm. Dry plums very small dice and stir under the dough. Preheat baking oven to 190° C. Place baking paper on a baking tray. Amaretti biscuits with plum to form small balls.
