0,1 l Red wine
2 tbsp Orange juice
2 Spice Cloves
0,5 tsp Cardamom Seeds
0,5 Cinnamon stick
200 g Apple
1 tsp Lemon juice
160 g Gelier sugar 2:1

So that the apple Glüh wine jam does not taste too sweet, it is best to use a dry red wine. Add red wine, orange juice, cloves, cardamom and cinnamon stick, heat, remove from heat and let the spices steep for a few minutes in the Glüh wine. Peel apples, remove seeds, cut into small cubes, fill into a pot and mix with lemon juice and gelling sugar. Pour the Glüh wine through a sieve to the apple jam, bring to the boil and simmer for 4 minutes while stirring. Apple Glüh wine jam still hot in a glass decant and close immediately.
