Asparagus noodle casserole with ham

90 g Cooked ham
0,1 l Cream
1 Egg yolk
20 g Parmesan cheese
60 g Gouda cheese
150 g Penne Noodles
500 g Green asparagus
1 Onions
1 tsp Olive Oil
Pepper & Salt
3 tsp Pesto

For the asparagus pasta casserole with ham first boil Penne. Preheat baking oven to 225° C. Peel the lower third of the asparagus. Cut the asparagus into pieces, simmer in boiling salt water for 15 minutes. Dice the onions. Steam in oil until glassy. Drain the asparagus and noodles and add to the onions. Season with salt and pepper. Mix in 2 tsp. pesto. Cut the ham into strips and add. Asparagus noodle casserole with ham in a casserole dish fill. Mix cream, egg yolk, pepper, salt and parmesan and pour over it. Sprinkle Gouda grated with ham over the pasta casserole and drizzle 1 teaspoon pesto over it. Bake pasta casserole on the middle rack for 10 minutes.
